So, you’d think I would have it all figured out! Though Yellow Parachute is all about enacting and teaching a growth mindset to students, there are times when I forget to remember it for myself. Sometimes we ask ourselves, what does success mean? Is it size comparison, or how fast I grow? But it isn’t. We have to remember that critical thing that will enable us to continue believing in a growth mindset. We have to remember who decides our success; we have to remember our WHY!
