At Yellow Parachute Learning Partners we are closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic. While so much has changed in our everyday lives, what remains the same is Yellow Parachute’s dedication to our platform of hope, and our commitment to the health and safety of the families we serve.
We’re flexing the muscle of resilience, while reacting to the challenges brought on by social distancing, including:
- Encouraging our coaches to use Zoom or other online technology. Teleconferencing can successfully be used to host virtual sessions with the same high-caliber instruction your student is familiar with.
- Offering “During the Day” sessions, flexible coaching options consisting of content area tutoring, creating check-ins or to-do plans, and/or customizing a learning plan for a student who is now navigating online learning as schools close. During the Day sessions will be offered to Yellow Parachute clients at a discounted rate to serve the needs of our community, and relieve parent/student stress.
Yellow Parachute is uniquely suited and perfectly prepared to help our families navigate our new normal. With a breadth and depth of experience in tutoring and online learning, we’ll work through these challenging times together.
