Wellness Wheel Downloadable Template
One way to take a snapshot of your life is by using the Wellness Wheel.
The wheel helps you break your life into different categories to evaluate your level of satisfaction in each area.

By regularly revisiting and updating your Wellness Wheel, you can track your progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure a balanced and fulfilling life.
What’s in a Study Group? Here’s How to Start!
Have you ever thought about starting a study group with classmates or friends?
A study group is a great way to build accountability and create momentum where you are feeling less motivated. You could create a study group for a specific subject or works together on different assignments but dedicates a specific amount of time each week.
Being part of a study group allows you to share resources, clarify doubts, and gain different perspectives on the material. Additionally, discussing topics with others can enhance your understanding and retention of the subject matter.
Zones of Regulation
Using the Zones of Regulation helps bring awareness to emotions.
The framework categorizes emotions into four color-coded zones. Each zone represents a different set of feelings and energy levels, helping to identify and communicate one’s emotional state.
By practicing the Zones of Regulation, you can understand emotional responses and build a toolkit of strategies to navigate ups and downs with greater resilience.

My Executive Function Skills Detectives Notes Template
A way to think curiously about Executive Function Skills is to use an Executive Function Skills Detective (TM) Lens.
Because a detective is curious and looks for clues, you can adopt the same mindset when observing and understanding these essential skills. Imagine putting on your detective hat and examining different scenarios in your daily life, whether it’s managing time, organizing tasks, or regulating emotions.
Moreover, this detective approach encourages a growth mindset. Instead of viewing challenges as insurmountable obstacles, you see them as opportunities to learn and grow.
